-Items will be shipped to you within 2-5 business days unless stated otherwise. We ship USPS – so you should receive your items within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are weight based – so pricing depends on amount of items or weight.

-We offer FREE SHIPPING from time to time so please stay tuned for that.
Shipping Costs for Canada and International:
Canada: $30-50.00 for single item
Internationally: $30.00-50.00

Return Information:
Returns are something that we know will happen from time to time - don’t worry we understand, but also know we are here to help. Please feel free to call, email or DM us with any sizing or product questions. Make sure to read each product description carefully as we describe in as much detail how each item fits. It helps both of us out when you reach out to ask questions, etc. so we can limit returns! However, we only allow store credit on qualifying returns, we are not able to refund items.
Qualifying items may be returned for store credit based on the following:
· Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags ATTACHED. There will be no exceptions.
· Note all footwear must be in in the original box and placed inside another box/shipping bag for return. No labels or tape may be attached to the boot/shoe box.
· No returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons – unless item was shipped broke or altered.
· All sales of merchandise that has been marked down will be marked clearly on the site. These are non refundable and are not available for returns. These are FINAL SALE.
· Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number. Should you return an item after this time frame, we can not accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.
· There is no need to notify us of your return(s) prior to sending them to us, we will reach out as soon as we receive it!!
Due to order volume & the high risk of sellouts we ARE NOT ABLE TO process exchanges. If you are needing a different size, we suggest promptly placing a new order for it before it sells out. We are very fortunate to have all of our customers shop with us, but unfortunately in order to bring you the best prices and cutest pieces we aren't always able to re order.
Additional Notes:
· Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
· We do not refund the original cost of shipping.
· It is at the discretion of The Branded Blonde to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.
· All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit. You will be limited to 7 item returns, within a 90-day period (this does not include defective merchandise).
· Please let us know within 4 days of receipt of the item if there are any errors in your order or defects in merchandise. Sometimes mistakes happen, but we promise to correct the problem right away! Contact us at info.thebrandedblonde@gmail.com for any other questions or concerns.
